As the national franchisor, we are in the business of licensing trademarks and business consulting to franchisees within Five Star Painting. While every Five Star Painting franchised location is independently owned and operated, we also take customer concerns seriously and pledge to make contact with the franchised business owner to see if we can be helpful in moving this issue toward resolution. We will encourage the franchise owner to make their best effort in providing you with a satisfactory customer experience and will maintain a record of your concerns along with the franchisee’s response.
