History

Odhav Group has been in business since 1996. When founder Rajendra T Tank and Liladhar Dama opened shop for the purpose of brokerage and development of Residential and commercial investment real estate which was established in Bhuj Kutch.

The young but the diversification of Odhav Group is Himanshu R Tank with an impeccable business strategy and expetional in property development & construction technologies, he has worked with some of the most reputed architects and consultants. Acclaimed as a successful business tycoon of the 21ts century.

Odhav Properties has a proven track record of delivery through all market cycles, having delivered almost 12,000 units and Plots since launching its first residential development Plots Project in 2002. The Company is led by a management team of directors and senior managers with significant experience in the real estate construction industry, as well as in marketing, human resource management, company administration, and corporate finance, legal and accounting.
