Thinq Advertising was set up with one simple ideal in mind – finding a balance between extreme creativity and market reality to provide the best possible outcome to influence Brand perception.

Founded by Amit Bhat, an exceptional Art person serving the role of Executive Creative Director (responsible for all creative deliverables) having around 12 years of mainline ad experience with agency majors like O&M, Contract, Mudra & Hakuhodo Percept having helped to build diverse Brands including Louis Philippe, Citizen Watches, Prestige, UB Group, AMD etc. Individual highs include entry for Cannes 2009, Luerzer's archive published campaign entries 2007, Young Guns Merit 2008, among others.

And, Renjith Ramakrishnan (CEO), a Servicing / Strategy person having 12 years of ad experience. Stints include 3 times with Rediffusion Y&R (Chennai twice & Bangalore), McCann Erikson, Euro RSCG, Grey & Hakuhodo Percept. Have worked on Brands like Taj Group of Hotels, MRF, Gaitonde, Arrow, HDFC Bank Credit Cards, Citizen Watches, Top Ramen Noodles, I AM She Pageant, Fortis Hospitals.

At Thinq, We believe that Advertising is a learning process. So, we tend to ask a lot of questions.

We can't afford to sit on our laurels. We are only as good as our last ad.

We have an adequate representation of youth & experience in our dream team.

We have an inherent tendency to push ourselves beyond barriers. For us, mediocrity is the enemy. We choose Diamonds over Rust in our work.

We believe in making each creative that passes out of our system to be perfect. It’s our only true differentiation. We never take the easy way out while working out creative solutions.

We more than anything, enjoy our time in Thinq. We find joy in the creative process. We enjoy seeing our work, sweat & toil come to fruit. We love seeing it in print, in large hoardings, on TV. This is our reward.

We believe that Advertising is about people. It is very important to put ourselves in the mind of the consumer and to think his / her thoughts. And, to understand what motivates him / her.

We believe that in advertising, the desk is a very dangerous place from which to view the world. So, we tend to get out into the real world. To meet, see, observe & explore people from all walks of life.

We intend to make Thinq into a top 10 ad agency in Bangalore by January 2014. We have 2 years which is 24 months which is 731 days which is 17,544 hours which is 10,52,640 minutes & counting, to do this. We believe that this is just about enough time.
