Your Kids ‘R’ Our Kids® is a leading provider of high-quality day care, early education and after school services designed to help corporates and families better address the challenges of work and family life. We provide services primarily
under multi-year contracts at companies work sites to improve employee engagement, productivity, recruitment and retention.We have a proven track record of serving more than 100 client relationships with companies across a diverse array of Industries.We are based in Bengaluru, India with centers in Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh and Bengaluru.

Our team of over 35 people at the National Support Centre support and offer guidance to all of our centers and their staff teams.

Each of our Center Heads are supported by a Operations Manager, who regularly visit each of the center’s they manage to ensure that best practice is being adhered to, and to support the Center Head with any issues or questions they may have. All Centre Heads attend regular meetings with their Operations Manager, Customer Services Manager, Relationship Manager, Corporate Manager and the Directors to ensure that all information is cascaded and best practice is shared.

The quality of the staff teams at our center’s is paramount to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment. Your Kids ‘R’ Our Kids have a dedicated HR team who offer support to Center Heads on all employment matters, offering guidance and advice to ensure we recruit, retain and develop individuals who share Your Kids ‘R’ Our Kids ’ vision in providing the best possible care.

Our Team carry out regular audit inspections at each of our centers to ensure Your Kids ‘R’ Our Kids are fully compliant with the Food Safety SOPs, and a Food Safety Management System is in place for all centres to adhere to.
