Prozone Intu. is a joint venture between Provogue (India) Limited and ntu Properties Plc set up to create, develop and manage world-class regional shopping centres and associated mixed-use developments Pan-India.

Special attention to internal infrastructure such as car parking, services and amenities plus experienced operation management teams with rigorous attention to health, environment and safety measures set Prozone apart.

The company’s first shopping centre in Aurangabad launched itself on 8th October 2010. Further shopping malls are already planned in Coimbatore and Nagpur. Prozone will also be developing a major new residential township in Indore.

To carefully and methodically build the ‘Prozone’ brand to be recognized as the industry leader in Indian regional shopping centres and related mixed use developments.
