The Caldwell social media pages are intended for you, so that you can come and join the conversation, connect with other people and have fun sharing your thoughts and ideas. In our online social media communities, we want everyone to be able to feel comfortable, which means that there are rules of play even here. Please understand that any posts which appear to fall into any of the above categories or which we believe are otherwise not in accordance with the terms and policies of the social media site concerned and/or which we otherwise deem inappropriate for our social media communities, will be deleted or hidden from the view of other users without prior notification and may result in you being reported to the social media site and/or banned from accessing our social media pages in the future.

Caldwell does not necessarily endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy of any remarks, opinions, comments, suggestions and other information expressed or included in user comments and posts on our social media pages.

Data Privacy and Policies of Caldwell Clothing’s

1. Introduction:
This Privacy policy only concerns CALDWELL customers and users of our online services. If you are applying for a position at CALDWELL this policy is not applicable. The Privacy policy only for applicants.
CALDWELL works to ensure that your privacy is protected when using our services. We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected. Any changes we have made to this Privacy policy can be found by visiting us.
The Indian parent company Caldwell Clothing’s is the Controller of the personal data you disclose to us and therefore responsible for your personal data under THE PERSONAL DATA (PROTECTION) BILL, 2013 and EU Directive 95/46/EC. The Indian company Caldwell Clothing’s Retail Private Limited is the personal data processor and processes the personal data on behalf of the parent company. Your personal data is stored in EU and might be disclosed to our subsidiaries within the Caldwell group. This means that your data, in a few cases, can be processed outside the EEA-area. In any event of transfer of your personal data to a Country outside the EEA-area, the involved Caldwell subsidiary will guarantee the application of the standard contractual clauses regarding data privacy process approved by the EU.
2. How do we use your personal data?
In providing your personal data, you consent to us using the data collected in order to meet our commitments to you and to provide you with the service you expect. We need your data for the following purposes:

4. Who has access to the data?
We never pass on, sell or swap your data to third parties for marketing purposes outside the Caldwell group. Data that is forwarded to third parties, for example shipping agents in connection with the delivery of goods, is only used to meet Caldwell Clothing’s commitments to you. Caldwell may also supply your personal details to organizations such as credit reference or debt collection agencies for the purpose of credit rating checks, identity checks and debt collection.
5. How do we protect your data?
We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation, unauthorized access, etc. We continually adapt our security measures in line with technological progress and developments. At Caldwell we protect your data using encryption. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a function that encrypts all information sent between buyer and seller.
6. FACTORY
We employ full-time factory assessors, located around the world where our suppliers are. These experts understand the scope of our labor and environment, health and safety standards and know the local languages, laws, culture and business context of each country in which we operate. They conduct regular assessments of every factory contracted to manufacture our products. Regular follow-up visits are also conducted to ensure suppliers are completing their corrective action plans on a timely basis.
