WAREHOUSING & PACKING

We have a well managed warehousing unit that offers excellent storage facilities for our entire range of tiles and allied products. In order to make storage and retrieval easy, we have segregated the warehouse into a number of sections. With these segregations, it is convenient to categorize the products and ascertain their simple identification. Our warehouse is proper ventilated and has separate compartments for proper storage.

Further, we also take extreme care while packaging our consignments, so that no damage occurs to the tiles during transit. Our entire range is packaged in high-grade packing material, which ensures their protection from any kind of damage.

MANUFACTURING PLANT

Our Digital Printed Ceramic Wall tiles manufacturing plant Ceracon Tiles Pvt Ltd at Wankaner, Gujarat has a production capacity of 7000 sq. meters per day. Management has plans for an expansion of its production capacity to 15000 sq. meters per day by installing state of the art machinery. The company’s production is gas based which is abundantly in supply in Gujarat. Our company has the largest kiln of 160 meters & well set up design department. Factory is having abundant storage space for large varieties of tiles produced that takes care of the market requirements. We are associated with trustworthy raw material suppliers capable of providing timely supplies of superior quality material.
