Ganesh Housing Corporation Limited (GHCL) is one of the leading real estate developer of Gujarat, is pioneer in organized housing & construction. Late Shree Govindbhai C Patel – founder Chairman of the group commenced construction business way back in 1960s. In the beginning the construction activities centered around government Contracts. Under the aegis of GHCL, real estate development and promotion of commercial, residential housing scheme were taken up. GHCL delivered many projects in areas such as Vatva, Vasna, Ghodasar, Maninagar, Naroda, Ranip, Chandlodia, Ghatlodia, Jodhpur, Shahibaug and Bopal.

GHCL is engaged in construction and real estate business in and around the city of Ahmedabad. GHCL was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 13th June, 1991. The equity shares of the Company are listed on prominent stock exchanges like Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
GHCL’s experties is in the residential sector, with a focus on the higher and mid income segment of the market. It has seemlessly entered the commercial, retail and township format of the industry. GHCL plans to expand its expertise in the verticals of these segments to better serve its customers.
