Ashutosh Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is a professionally managed company established in the year 2001. The company was established as an extension of M/s. Kothari & Co, presently the Tax and Allied Laws Division of the company. The company is part of Ashutosh Group which is also actively involved in the manufacturing of Rubber Products since last 25 years. The flagship company in the Rubber Products business being Ashutosh Rubber Pvt Ltd. (www.ashutoshrubber.com).

Our Company is engaged in offering a wide range of services such as - Investment Advisory, Taxation and Allied Laws Advisory, Capital Advisory and Real Estate Advisory.

We have built our advisory practice on the foundation of trust, integrity and responsibility and hence we are always committed to exceeding the expectations of the clients.
Client Loyalty is extremely important to us, several of our client relationships are as old as a couple of generations. We endeavor working with our clients over multiple years rather than focusing on one-off transactions. Our company has a rich experience of more than 12 years in Financial Services and more 50 years in the Taxation & Allied Laws field. The experience is backed by strong research, keeping in mind the regulatory framework and the volatility in the finance and taxation environment.

The company updates its clients and even non-clients, by issuing the publication under the name “Dhanvyavastha” on monthly basis. The company also arranges seminars and lectures on various topics of finance and taxation for the benefit of its client and public at large. One such event being the public lecture on the Union Budget every year organized by the company is addressed by the CEO and MD of the company. The company has a practice of organizing conference calls and presentations of professionals from outside and within the organization for the benefit of the staff and the clients.

We have been following high quality systems and processes in the operation of our company, with a view to get these systems and processes certified under ISO 9001: 2008 we have engaged as auditors and accreditation agency TUV SUD South Asia, to certify our systems and processes as standard compliant.

The top management team of the Company comprises of :-

1. Mr. Dinesh B. Kothari - Founder and Mentor of the company
The senior most person in our company, aged 85 years is the founder of the Tax & Allied Laws Advisory Services firm M/s. Kothari & Co, and has been a leading professional in the field. He has studied M.Com from M.S University of Baroda. He had been an active member of Lions Club International.

2. Mr. Daxesh D. Kothari – CEO & Managing Director
He has studied B.Com, LL.B and specializes in the field of Income & Wealth Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, Trust Laws and Estate Planning. He has deep knowledge & understanding about Investments and Financial Services. He is involved with a number of professional organizations. He has attended number of seminars & conferences on this subject and has enriched and sharpened his knowledge. He regularly addresses different professional bodies and groups on subjects relating to Investments, Tax and Financial Services.

He is a Trustee to Charitable Trusts and has been involved with a number of services projects of Rotary Club. He is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International.

3. Mr. Rajesh D. Kothari – Director
He is an Industrialist having studied B.E. Mechanical, M.E. Production Technology in M.S. University of Baroda and is a Diploma in Rubber Technology conducted by IIT Khadagpur. He is leading rubber technologist and has attended number of Seminars and Conferences on the subject.

He is a Trustee to Charitable Trusts and is the Past President of Rotary & Past Assistant District Governor of Rotary International District 3060. He is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International.

4. Mrs. Bindi D. Kothari – Head of Department – Research & Analysis
She is a Commerce Graduate who looks after the Research & Analysis part of the organization and keeps the organisation updated on the emerging investment trends. She has a very rich experience and expertise in analysis of Investment products.

5. Mr. Hitesh Bhatt - General Manager - Kothari & Co.
He is commerce Graduate with Masters degree, M.B.A in Finance and Income Tax Practitioner (ITP). He has experience of over more than 7 years in taxation, insurance and legal matters and is head of Tax and Allied Laws services division of the company.

6. CA Ms. Ankita Kothari - Kothari & Co.
She is an Associate Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a commerce graduate. She is an expert in the field of Audit and Taxation. She has also experience in the field of Service Tax, VAT, Bank audit, Debt Syndication, Companies Act, etc.

7. Mr. Ritesh Vora - General Manager - Ashutosh Investment Advisory.
He has studied B. Com, PGDCA and CiC (Certificate in Computer Science). He has a vast experience in the field of Investment Advisory and Finance & Accounting. He has attended various seminars and acquired training relating to Investment Advisory.

8. Mr. Jayendra Dave - Chief Relationship Manager - Ashutosh Investment Advisory
He is a Commerce graduate by education. He has more than 8 years of experience in marketing of financial products and has also vast experience in the field of investment advisory. He has attended various seminars and acquired training relating to Investment Advisory.

9. CA Mr. Jeet Gala - Ashutosh Capital Advisors
He is an Associate Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a commerce graduate. He has experience in the field of Business Finance, Statutory Audit and Limited Review of Listed and other companies, Taxation & Companies Law.

Infrastructure:

We have state of the art infrastructure office in the middle of the Rajkot city spread across 4000 sq ft area. Consisting of separate offices for our various divisions, Meeting Rooms, Conference Room, Library Room, Pantry Record Room and area for general support services like Integrated Management System Department Human Resources Department , Technology Department , General Administration Department.

All of our divisions operate on dedicated software’s suitable for their line of activity. Different divisions of the company are connected with Local Area Network (LAN) for seamless exchange of data and information.
