UNIMAC Ball Valves are designed and manufactured as per the latest international standards considering maximum safety, performance and long life.UNIMAC three piece design ensures online maintanance, which saves time, energy and money. UNIMAC Ball Valves are provided with blow-out prof stem. Specially designed Stem Seal ensures Zero passing through the gland.In order to insert the ball into the body, three different types of assembly exist. Not only does the type affect the ease of assembly, but it also influences the maintainability of the valve. UNIMAC Gate Valves are provided with properly machined and lapped backseat to ensure re-packing under pressure while fully open. Availability of Solid Wedge, Flexible Wedge, Split Wedge and Parallel Wedge designs offer maximum option to clients for suitable selection.Gaskets and Gland packing material are selected to suit service conditions like temperature, corrosion, erosion, pressure, vacuum and other applications.UNIMAC Swing Check/Non-Return Valves are designed and manufactured as per API/BS/DIN STANDARD. Function of Check Valve is to prevent the reverse flow of fluid/gas/air in case of failure or sudden brake-down occurs in Piping Systems.

UNIMAC compact design, high pressure, Forged Steel Check Valves are designed and manufactured according to BS 5352 to meet requirements of small Pipelines up to 50NB.They are available either with Threaded or Socket Weld ends. Hard Faced Trim material ensures perfect Sealing and long life. Properly guided Lift type Disc which acts on its own according to flow direction. These Valves are generally suitable for horizontal installation.UNIMAC Butterfly Valves manufactured as per API/BS/DIN/IS STANDARDS, specially designed with integrally moulded elastomer body sleeve for longer life and trouble free performance.Integrally moulded sleeve ensures perfect resistance against friction between the disc and the sleeve.The Valves are also provided with weather sealing.The valves are also available with extended neck for insulation purpose and removable handle for safety purpose at site. The valves are offered with HAND LEVER , GEAR OPERATION AND PNEUMATIC/ELECTRICAL ACTUATORS.PRESSURE RANGE AVAILABLE PN 10 AND PN 16 AND SIZES AVAILABLE from 40MM UPTO 2000 MM.UNIMAC Globe Valves are meticulously designed to ensure 100% smooth flow area to reduce pressure drop across the valve.Specially designed Seat and Packing material are provided for superheated steam and high temperature oils and fluids to ensure trouble free service and longer life. UNIMAC Plug Valves are Designed for high-performance and efficient operation. It uses silicon based grease for lubrication AND easily operates at all pressures and temperatures while requiring only occasional lubrication. Low-torque operation results in the need for a less expensive actuator and less maintenance. UNIMAC valves are also supplied with PTFE SLEEVED AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE IN CAST IRON ,CAST STEEL , SS 304 & SS 316 OR ANY SPECIAL MATERIAL REQUIRED BY THE BUYER.
UNIMAC Strainer are available in Angle & 'Y' type , and are available in Cast Iron ,Cast Steel , MS Fabricated , Flange type, provided with filter element. Filter element is made from Brass/ Bronze/ Stainless Steel having standard 40 mesh and supported with perforated sheet. Sizes available from 15 mm to 500 mm and strainers are tested at required pressure at our works prior to despatch.UNIMAC Cast Iron Valves are avaible for Low pressure application especially in water application in water works. These valves are designed as per international standards like ASA / BS/ DIN / IS standards and in pressure ratings of PN 10 and PN 16 ratings. Its robust design ensures longer life and can withstand water hammering in the pipelines. Sizes available from 40mm to 2000mm as per customer's requirements.ALMOST EVERY KNOWN FLUID IN INDUSTRY THROUGHT THE WORLD CAN BE, AND IS , HANDLED BY THE DIAPHRAGM VALVES.
The basic construction of the Diaphragm valve is quite simple. It is composed of three principal units called Body, Bonnet and Diaphragm.Diaphragm valves are particularly suitable for service lines handling Corrosive, Abrasives, Viscous or Fibrous Fluids.
This is in the year 2008 when we got an enquiry from our buyer M/s ESSAR OIL REFINERY for their requirements of FGD Valves for their refinery unit in Jamnagar.
The valves required were of very critical nature and required considerable engineering from our side. The entire job was supervised by EIL (Engineers India Ltd – A pioneer institution in Petrochemical Sector in India and world) along with ABB LUMMUS CREST of Mauritius . Inspection was to be carried out by ESSAR / BUREAU VERITAS As such the technical requirements were very exhaustive. They wanted a pressure class of 300# for their requirements in 600MM size and that too with motorised actiator which is not manufactured in India. We offers Ball Check valves with free floating ball. It has only moving part is ball so having least maintenance. They are available with various elastomer seat like Neoprene, EPDM , Hyplon , Viton for compatibility with different chemicals.The solid PP I PVDF ball shuts-off on elastomer seats give no chance of leakage. The free floating ball is fully supported by guide ribs for full flow and minimum turbulence. DPP - Ball Check valves are available with long and short pattern. These valves are recommended for pressure rating of PN 10 & every valve is hydro tested at PN 10.
