Cucumber’ – A word that denotes freshness, health and rejuvenation. Eating a chilled cucumber on a hot day refreshes immediately. Applying a slice of cucumber on one’s eyes when back from a tiring day at work immediately revs one up.

In keeping with its name, Cucumber (the salon and spa) aims to be like a breath of fresh air, a place that soothes and relaxes...and a place that energizes.

The logo design attempts to replicate a multi-coloured splash behind the text of ‘Cucumber’ that is very different from the staid/corporate logos of most salons. It symbolizes not just how we will make a customer feel (refreshed and energized), but also how we are positioning ourselves – “as a refreshingly different, friendly new salon for the young..and the young at heart”. It is a place when one can walk in and chat up with our staff, understand how best we can serve them, and what are the different options/packages on offer. Also, we assure customers that our service will be personalized, bubbling with energy and of the highest quality and modern standards.

Not just in the actual service, but Cucumber will offer a refreshing experience at every step at the salon – parking assistance, pick-up-and-drop, waiting area, explaining offers/packages, billing, loyalty cards, etc. This is the way the brand will live up to its name and truly DELIGHT customers.
