At BULL we always treat "CUSTOMER FIRST". Our customer care service team comprises 135 people always ready to support the customers across the globe. The customer care division is managed at a different location for increased focus and immediate response time. We ensure excellent training is provided to the dealer personal through our dedicated training centre located at the customer care division.
Our entire service department activities are well connected and each service call is meticulously tracked by computerised CRM software. The system ensures timely recording and closure of calls.
