At Standard Electric, we’ve been providing electrical supply needs and products to our customers for over sixty years. Established on May 1, 1952, by Abe Brand, our company has evolved from a family-owned and operated a one-shop business to a multi-location, 100+ employee-staffed organization. Despite the natural evolution that any long-standing business experiences over the years, we’re proud to remain true to the values and principles that Standard was founded on. Currently, with multiple branch locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, Standard is a leading regional distributor in the construction/contractor arena. With a National Accounts division that specializes in retail lighting and a healthy commercial and industrial presence, we’re a dominant player in the local market, servicing a number of industries. Standard Electric is a U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. company and our corporate headquarters are located in Wilmington, MA.
