An ISO 9001:2008 certified and a technology driven company, our operations commenced in April 2010, and our growth since has allowed us to expand to a growing base of over 150 sites in our Facility Management Business. SILA currently manages over 22 million square feet of real estate assets such as corporate offices, corporate parks, shopping malls, public areas of luxury residential complexes, entertainment & amusement parks, industrial facilities like Mumbai International Airport, Adlabs Imagica, the Trident and many more.

In 2013, SILA formed a joint venture with Construction Management & Development Inc., USA (CM&D). CM&D SILA provides Project & Construction Management Services. The company aims to provide reliable and timely project delivery for clients investing in or developing real estate projects in India.

In November 2014, SILA acquired a majority stake in Envocare, which was an existing pest control services vendor of SILA’s B2B Facility Management business. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is an environmentally-conscious pest control service company. The investment has not only allowed SILA to better monitor the pest control services rendered to their B2B clients by bringing it in-house, but is has also facilitated SILA’s entry into the B2C home services market that Envocare services.

In 2016-17, SILA added Real Estate Advisory & Turnkey Interior Contracting business verticals. Currently our businesses are Facility Management, Project Management, Turnkey Interior Contracting and Real Estate Advisory. The goal in the near future is to leverage the expertise and move along the value chain in the real estate landscape.

Mr. Homecare is our youngest and fastest growing company, which offers deep cleaning & maintenance services to residential and commercial properties across Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.
