Very first foundation of Ginni was laid in 1995 as SARASWATI SALES CORPORATION, later known as NORTHEN INDUSTRIES -a small scale industray. Now it is a public limited company – GINNI TEA INDUSTRIES LIMITED.
Ginni Tea Industries Limited is North India’s leading company inaugurated in year 2011 and since beginning company has been a symbol of growth and progress. The Name ‘Ginni’ was kept because of its meaning that is ‘Gold’ referring to golden cup of Tea and we have, we are and we will always stand true to our name. Company diversifies in different varieties of Tea- Darjeeling Tea, CTC Tea and Green Tea to cater to the growing segment of health conscious consumers.

Ginni has established its pursuit not only in Tea but also in Spices in areas of North India with annual turnover of 1.8 Million Kgs Tea and 0.80 Million Kgs Spices. In spite of being known only in Tea industry, it did not take much time for company to out stand in Spices even. In 2013, Company launched Ginni Haldi Powder and Ginni Mirch Powder and it has shown tremendous growth every year.The Purity and Quality of the product is given the highest priority in our company, which has indirectly helped it to have loyal customers in shorter period.

DJ BANSAL Company is headed by a true visionary and dynamic business man, Mr. D. J. Bansal. He belongs to a family which has been involved in tea business since 70 years and he himself also has an experience of 34 years in tea industry.

His passion for quality, high integrity and a very customer oriented approach has made him standout amongst his peers in industry. He has always been upgrading the use of new technology to synchronize with the world of today, whilst retaining traditional family values. Mr. Bansal also understands the importance of perfect working environment and does everything possible to create the most conducive environment. He is the real plinth on which the whole Ginni Group is proudly ensconced.
